3 Good health and wellbeing: Bittium’s medical technology products, which improve modern healthcare, are safe, efficient, and offer cost savings, promoting health and well-being.

• Bittium’s new ambulatory ECG device, Bittium Faros Pro™, designed for long-term ECG recording, is built to capture high-quality, accurate ECG signals while patients continue their daily lives. High-quality signals and longer recording periods help healthcare professionals detect intermittent arrhythmias, understand each patient’s heart and make more confident care decisions. Long-term ECG recording gives healthcare professionals more opportunities to capture intermittent heart rhythm events that shorter recordings may miss.

5 Gender equality: Bittium focuses on closing the gender gap and ensuring equal opportunities for all.

• Bittium conducted an equality survey for its personnel in 2025.
• Gender balance in 2025: Proportion of women in personnel was 15 % (Goal 2030: 20 %). Proportion of women among supervisors was 21 % (Goal 2030: 20 %)

8 Decent work and economic growth: Bittium’s goal is to operate cost-effectively and profitably in the long term. This creates added value for various stakeholders and the surrounding society. Bittium measures well-being and work ability of own personnel, safety and equality plans, and employee benefits.

• At the end of 2025, Bittium employed a total of 528 people in Finland, Germany and the United States.
• In 2025 Bittium employee satisfaction survey result was 3.8 (1-5).

9 Industry, innovation and infrastructure: Bittium operates in an industry where future products and services are built through continuous development, innovation and collaboration between experts from different fields. The company is strongly involved in the forefront of technological development, and strong collaboration with academic researchers increases understanding of significant new technologies while also promoting the development of the digital society.

• In Bittium’s operations, a key part of the corporate culture is research and development cooperation with companies and research institutes.
• During 2025, Bittium participated in several research and development projects, the most significant of which was the Seamless and Secure Connectivity (seamless and secure connectivity) locomotive ecosystem funded by Business Finland, which began in 2023. The four-year project led by Bittium will last until 2026. There are 7 ongoing research projects in the Seamless and Secure Connectivity locomotive ecosystem, involving a total of 53 domestic and almost 50 international partners, as well as 17 other partners.
• In 2025 Bittium’s R&D investments were 15.3 M€.

13 Climate action: For Bittium, environmentally responsible operations mean responsibility for mitigating climate change and developing resource-efficient solutions. Our transition plan is in line with the Paris Climate Agreement.

• -100 % reduction in scope 1 and scope 2 by 2030.
• -25 % reduction in scope 1 in 2025, -45 % in scope 2 in 2025.
