Invitation to Bittium Corporation’s Capital Markets Day 2023

We are pleased to invite investors, analysts, and media representatives to the Bittium’s Capital Markets Day to be held on October 30, 2023, from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm (CET+1). The event will be held as a webcast, but it is also possible to participate in the event on-site. Those participating the on-site event a buffet lunch will be served from 11.30 onwards. The event will be held in English.
At the beginning of 2022, Bittium started developing its operations towards independent business units with the aim of starting business-specific segment reporting by the beginning of 2024 at the latest. The company has three business units, which are Medical Technologies, Defense & Security, and Connectivity Solutions. The strategy work will continue during the fall, and on Capital Markets Day, Bittium's CEO Johan Westermarck and the heads of company's business units will share more information about the company's business plans and strategy towards profitable growth.

The on-site event will be held at Sanomatalo's Eliel studio in Helsinki, Finland, where the guests also have possibility to get information on the company's products and solutions. A maximum of 50 persons can attend the event on-site and they must have their registrations done by October 23, 2023.
