Notification of managers' and their closely associated persons' transactions at Bittium Corporation

Bittium Corporation managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, "MAR") are requested to follow the below instructions for notifying transactions as of 13 January 2022:

Such notifications shall be made to Bittium Corporation and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of transaction.

Instructions for filling the transaction notification form

1. Please fill in the transaction notification form electronically and send it to the Financial Supervisory Authority

Using the portal requires strong authentication. Foreign users can also authenticate strongly. Once the form is completed and submitted, save a PDF version of the form to your computer or device.

2. Send a PDF copy of the electronically completed form as an email attachment to the company immediately after making it

• Please do not send the form by post due to the short deadline (3 working days)
• Send the form attached to an e-mail to trading(at)bittium.com
• Please also add your phone number to the e-mail message so that Bittium can contact you if there are any questions about the notification.

Bittium Corporation publishes the notification it has received in a stock exchange release promptly after receipt of the notification.
