ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT (SMA) 2:10§
According to a notice received from Conventum Ltd, the number of shares and votes in JOT Automation Group Plc (hereinafter the Company) owned by Conventum Ltd, Conventum Capital Limited, and mutual funds managed by Conventum Fund Management Company Limited and Diana Fund Management Company Limited and the voting rights attached to the above mentioned shares have fallen below the limit of 1/20 of the share capital of the Company and all the voting rights attached to the shares of the Company. After the trading of the shares of the Company on September 16, 1999, the ownership of the above mentioned companies is 4,90 % of the share capital.
Conventum Capital Limited, Conventum Fund Management Company Limited and Diana Fund Management Limited are fully owned subsidiaries of Conventum Ltd.
