The number of JOT Automation Group Plc's (hereinafter the Company) shares and votes owned by Conventum Ltd and its fully owned subsidiaries Conventum Fund Management Company Ltd and Diana Fund Management Company Ltd has on 1 April, 1999 totalled 5,62 % and therefore exceeded one twentieth of the Company's share capital.
