CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC
With transactions made March 4, 1999 the shareholding of Veikko Lesonen has decreased by 185.000 shares from 1,188,290 to 1,003,290 shares. With these transactions Veikko Lesonen's ownership of the company's share capital and votes has been reduced from 13.9 percent to 11.8 percent.
With transactions made March 4, 1999 the shareholding of Jorma Terentjeff has decreased by 185,000 shares from 825,130 to 640,130 shares. With these transactions Jorma Terentjeff's ownership of the company's share capital and votes has been reduced from 9.7 percent to 7.5 percent.
With transactions made March 4, 1999 the shareholding of Mika Kettula has decreased by 80.000 shares from 317,750 to 237,750 shares. With these transactions Mika Kettula's ownership of the company's share capital and votes has been reduced from 3.7 percent to 2.8 percent.
After the transactions the three above mentioned persons own together 1.881.170 shares in JOT Automation equalling to 22.1% of the company's share capital and votes.
