FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY'S DECISION CONCERNING JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC'S PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION
JOT Automation Group Plc today, Aug. 31, 2000, received Financial Supervision Author-ity's decision concerning JOT Automation Group Plc's publication of information during the period from Oct. 19, 1999 to Apr. 26, 2000.
Financial Supervision Authority's found that, based on the statement it received, no cir-cumstances have come up giving reason to suspect the company and its management of violating the Securities Market Act. Because according to Financial Supervision Au-thority's understanding the company's practice of publicizing information has not, how-ever, been as clear as is expected of a listed company, Financial Supervision Authority has sent the company a letter exhorting the company to take notice of its information publication practice, the clarity of its information and the functionality of its accounting systems.
During the current accounting period JOT Automation Group Plc has taken measures to develop the partial areas related to its accounting systems and publication of information mentioned by Financial Supervision Authority.
