JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC. HAS SOLD ITS SHAREHOLDING IN LAXNET AUTOMATION AB


JOT Automation Group Plc. has sold its 10 percent shareholding in the Swedish Laxnet Automa-tion AB to Bo Lagerlöf Konsult AB. The ownership arrangements are part of the reorganisation commenced in June 2001 in which it was decided to concentrate the activities of the JOT Automa-tion Group in Sweden in the unit located in Stockholm. The sale will have no significant effect on the Group's result or balance sheet.

JOT Automation Group Plc. purchased 10 percent of the shares of Laxnet Automation AB, which manufactures automation for the electronics industry, in June 2000. The company has concen-trated on Sweden where the production activities of the electronics industry have not grown ac-cording to expectations during the year 2001.
