JUHA HULKKO CONTINUES AS CHAIRMAN OF ELEKTROBIT GROUP PLC'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders' Juha Hulkko, Tapio Tammi, Matti Lainema and Eero Halonen were elected to the Board of Directors of Elektrobit Group Plc. Therefore Eero Halonen resigned from his operative tasks in Elekrobit Group Plc. Halonen has been on sabbatical leave since June 1, 2003.
The Board of Directors has at its assembly meeting held on March 12, 2004 elected Juha Hulkko as Chairman of the Board.
