THE TRADING WITH ELEKTROBIT GROUP PLC. SHARES HAS BEEN PROHIBITED

Due to a timer fault on Elektrobit Group Plc.'s Internet pages, the Company's approximate net sales and employee number for 2004 appeared on its Internet pages on Monday, February 14, 2005 in the afternoon. As a result of this, the trading with Elektrobit Group Plc. shares has been prohibited on Tuesday, February 15, 2005.

The Company will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2004 on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 8.00 am. (EET).
