CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EB, ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION
The employment of Jarkko Sairanen, President of the EB Automotive Business Segment and Managing Director of Elektrobit Automotive GmbH, will end as mutually agreed between EB and Mr. Sairanen. He will continue in his current role until March 31, 2011, and thereafter start at Pöyry Plc as Executive Vice President and President of the Management Consulting business group and member of the Group Executive Committee of Pöyry Plc.
Sairanen led EB's Automotive software business in Germany for three years from 2007 to 2010, and he returned back to Finland in the fall of 2010.
EB, Elektrobit Corporation is currently looking for a successor for this position in Germany.
