Duration: 1h

Back to Full Energy Post COVID-19

The current coronavirus pandemic is currently putting the world to a tough test. Not only the health systems, but all areas of public life are faced with major challenges.

In Germany there are currently around 2.3 million recovered COVID-19 patients - the number is steadily increasing. Soon there will be over 2.5 million people who want to return to their usual performance after recovering from illness.

Unfortunately, however, recent studies indicate that a variety of complications and long-term damage can occur after a COVID-19 infection. The more reliable or usable data and preliminary findings of the cardiovascular system exist, the easier it is to assess and support training after the illness. The Faros ECG monitoring device from Bittium has proven to be a valuable part of the diagnostic process.

In the course, Dr. Graumann goes into the current state of knowledge about post-Covid syndromes and then presents the diagnostics and stress algorithm that he helped to develop. This procedure was used at the U20 Ice Hockey World Championship for men in Canada and is now considered the standard in German professional hockey.

If you are interested in the restoration of performance, and going through the vital care measures that are imperative for maintaining your health, joining this webinar would be a great opportunity to learn guidelines for a safe and phased return to activity that will help you avoid serious health complexities.
