Bittium Tough Mobile Webshop Product Returns

Bittium web shop customers have the right to return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving them. Product returns must always be informed to Bittium in writing. For this purpose the form below must be filled. Once Bittium has received the filled product return form, detailed instructions for returning the products (including the return address) are sent to the Bittium web shop customer by email.

After receiving the instructions for the product return, the products should be returned to Bittium within the 14 days. The products must be packed in the original delivery and sales package, and both packages must include all the products and items that were included in the original packages (including also e.g. manuals and other paperwork). All packages and products will be inspected on return.
