Elektrobit (EB) exhibits its EB SafeMove remote access solutions at UK eHealth Week 2015

OULU, Finland, March 2, 2015 - Elektrobit (EB) will showcase its secure and easy-to-use remote access solutions at UK eHealth Week, to be held in London, the United Kingdom, March 3-4. UK eHealth Week is the largest eHealth event in the UK, showcasing the IT and digital innovations that can transform health and care. At the event EB will exhibit its EB SafeMove solutions, which improve the efficiency of mobile workers by ensuring secure and seamless connectivity e.g. to patient records.

  • EB SafeMove Mobile VPN software enables the utilization of all IP based applications and networks by securing the connections between the work station and corporate services before Windows logon. With EB SafeMove, for instance home care workers are allowed to have full access to the same systems and applications they would have on a hospital desktop, enabling real-time access to patient records.
  • EB SafeMove Mobile Access service leverages the existing EB SafeMove infrastructure also in mobile devices. The service is set to solve the remote access issue in environments with a multitude of different mobile platforms such as iOS and Android based phones and tablets. Through the protected mobile connection, the user has a possibility to utilize those internal network services that are compatible with the end-device.
  • EB SafeMove Analytics is an advanced monitoring and reporting module that helps organizations to monitor network connectivity and performance to improve productivity and user experience. The Analytics tool continuously gathers connectivity data such as connectivity status, speed, throughput and bytes transferred, network type and Wi-Fi network information. It is also easy to enhance the tool with positioning information if GPS data is available.

EB has also a speaking slot at the event, with headline "Improving efficiency of mobile care workers in NHS organizations". Our speakers are EB SafeMove Sales Director Tomas Granö and Senior Specialist Simon Addis from EB Wireless. Presentation will be held on Wednesday 4th March at the Best Practise Café at 12.00 pm.

EB's products and solutions are exhibited at stand 172 in National Hall, Olympia.
