Bittium Corporation has decided to bring forward the release date of its Annual Report 2020 from the earlier announced on December 15, 2020. Annual Report, which includes Financial Statement, Report by the Board of Directors, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Report will be published on Friday, March 19, 2021. This change will allow shareholders more time to familiarize themselves with the company's financial statements before the Annual General Meeting.
The release dates of the announcement of the financial results and the date of the Annual General Meeting remain unchanged:
