Listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares subscribed pursuant to Bittium Corporation's series 2008B-C stock options.

The Board of Directors of the Corporation has decided upon the listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008B-C stock options, as follows:

Listing time schedule in 2015 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008B stock options is as follows:

  • Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2015.


Listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008C stock options is as follows:

  • Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by June 8, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around June 24, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by August 17, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around September 1, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by October 14, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around October 29, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by November 30, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around December 15, 2015.
  • Shares subscribed by January 26, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2016.
  • Shares subscribed by March 31, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2016.


The share subscription period for stock options 2008B will end on March 31, 2015 and for stock options 2008C on March 31, 2016.
