Partial exercise of overallotment option in the Initial Public Offering of JOT Automation Group Oyj
Lead Manager Alfred Berg has on September 24, 1998 partially exercised the overallotment option included in the terms and conditions of the 3,361,000 shares Initial Public Offering of JOT Automation Group Oyj.
The exercise of the overallotment option amounted to 215,800 shares, which increased the amount of shares offered in the Initial Public Offering from 3,361,000 (39.4 percent) to 3,576,800 (41.9 percent of the share capital).
As a result of the exercise of the overallotment option the ownership of Veikko Lesonen declined from 1,317,770 shares (15.4 percent) to 1,188,290 shares (13.9 percent), and the ownership of Jorma Terentjeff from 911,450 shares (10.7 percent) to 825,130 (9.7 percent).
