According to a notice received today from Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company, Tapiola Corporate Life Insurance Company:
The number of shares and votes in JOT Automation Group Plc (hereinafter the Company) owned by Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company and Tapiola Corporate Life Insur-ance Company and the voting rights attached to the above mentioned shares have fallen to 4.90 percent and be-low the limit of 1/20 of the share capital of the Company with the trading done on November 19, 1999.
After the trading of the shares of the Company on November 19, 1999, the ownership of the above mentioned companies of the share capital is divided as follows:
