JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC DELIVERS AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINES WORTH 60 MFIM TO HUNGARY
JOT Automation Group Plc has entered into new area. The Group has concluded a deal to deliver automatic production lines to Hungary. The total value of the orders received and the letter of intent is approximately 60 million FIM. Deliveries will be taken place around during the latter part of 1999 and in 2000.
" This agreement is a major step towards strengthening the position of JOT on the Eastern European market. The deal is an outcome of our systematic strategy to expand our market area", says President Jorma Terentjeff.
JOT Automation Group specializes in manufacturing and marketing production automation for the electronics industry. The group has subsidiaries in eight countries. On June 30, 1999 the group employed 594 people and its net sales from January 1 to June 30, 1999 came to 52.9 million euros. The company's shares are listed in the Helsinki Exchanges.
