Appointments at JOT Automation Group Plc

The following appointments have been made in the Group beginning on March 2, 2000 in relation to the new business model and organization change of JOT Automation Group Plc.

Mr. Pertti Tarvainen, TTK, KHT, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Group, CFO (also Vice President, Finance). Earlier, Mr. Tarvainen was employed by the auditing firm KPMG Wideri Oy as the Director of Office of Oulu region.

Mr. Urpo Laakkonen has been appointed as the responsible Vice President for the development of the Group's business and personnel resources. Earlier, Mr. Laakkonen was employed by Finnvera Plc as the development manager of the field organization. He was responsible for the development of the domestic risk financing operations and realization of organizational changes.

JOT Automation Group Plc has four Vice Presidents. In addition to the above mentioned, Vice President Teijo Fabritius is responsible for Sales and Marketing and Vice President Jari Lotvonen is responsible for Production and Sourcing.
