Elektrobit Group Plc. will publish its Financial Statement Bulletin 2002 on Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at 8.00 a.m. The Annual Report of the year 2002 will be published during the week 10.
Elektrobit Group Plc. reports its financial development quarterly. In 2003 Elektrobit Group Plc. will publish three Interim Reports as follows:
January - March on Wednesday April 30, 2003 at 8.00 a.m.
January - June on Wednesday August 6, 2003 at 8.00 a.m.
January - September on Wednesday October 29, 2003 at 8.00 a.m.
Elektrobit Group Plc. will observe Silent Period prior to announcing its results. The Silent Periods in 2003 are as follows:
February 6 - 26, 2003
April 4 - 30, 2003
July 17 - August 6, 2003
October 9 - 29, 2003
The Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at 1.00 p.m. in Oulunsalo -talo, at the address Mäntypellonpolku 10, Oulunsalo, Finland.
