CORRECTION: NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, PARAGRAPH 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT (NUMBER OF SHARES, PERCENTAGE OF SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTES)
On June 4, 2002 Elektrobit Group Plc. gave stock exchange release on changes referred to in Chapter 2, Paragraph 9 of the Securities Market Act that have taken place in the ownership of Elektrobit Group Plc. Corrected information on number of shares and ownership of voting rights and share capital by each shareholder are presented below. As stated earlier the ownership of Mr. Jorma Terentjeff of the total votes and share capital of the company has decreased below 5 %, the ownership of Mr. Juha Hulkko has exceeded 20 %, the ownership of Mr. Erkki Veikkolainen has exceeded 5 %, the ownership of Mr. Kai Hildén has exceeded 5 %, the ownership of Mr. Eero Halonen has exceeded 5 %, the ownership of Mr. Juha Sipilä together with Fortel Invest Oy has exceeded 5 % and the ownership of Mr. Jukka Harju has exceeded 5 %.
