CORRECTION TO THE NOTICE TO CONVENE THE JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC'S ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
JOT Automation Group Plc's release concerning the notice to convene the Annual General Share-holders' Meeting is corrected as the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on April 12, 2002, but instead of Wednesday on Friday. Thus the first sentence of the notice to convene the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting shall be as follows:
JOT Automation Group Plc's shareholders are summoned to the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Friday, April 12, 2002 at the Oulunsalo-house in Oulunsalo, Finland at 2.00 p.m.
