APPOINTMENTS IN ELEKTROBIT GROUP PLC.
The following appointments have been made in the Elektrobit Group as of January 1, 2003:
Juha Reinikka, M.Sc, has been appointed as a member of the Executive Management Group responsible for Automation Solutions business unit.
Erkki Veikkolainen, M.Sc, has been appointed as director, responsible for Testing and Contract R&D business units.
Engineer Jorma Venäläinen has been appointed as SBA Director being responsible for the business operations of the Elektrobit Group Plc. in Asia. Vesa Raudaskoski, M.Sc, has been appointed as SBA Director, responsible for the Group's business operations in Americas.
Director Pertti Tarvainen, who was previously responsible for the JOT Automation business operations, has resigned at the end of the year 2002.
The CEO of Elektrobit Group Plc, Juha Sipilä acts as a Chairman to the Executive Management Team. In addition to the CEO of the Company, members of the Executive Management Team include Erkki Veikkolainen, Vice President, Director, Testing and Contract R&D business unit; Juha Reinikka, Director, Automation Solutions business unit; Jukka Harju, Director, Business Development; Eero Halonen, Director, Strategic resources; Seppo Laine, Chief Financial Officer and Päivi Vasankari, General Counsel.
