THE COMBINATION OF THE SHARES OF ELEKTROBIT GROUP PLC. HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN THE FINNISH TRADE REGISTER

The annual general meeting of Elektrobit Group Plc. resolved 17 March 2005 that the number of the company's shares be reduced without reducing the share capital so that five (5) existing shares be combined into one (1) new share. The new number of shares has 9 April 2005 been registered in the Finnish Trade Register.

The number of Elektrobit Group Plc.'s shares is now 129,412,690 and the book equivalent value is 0.10?.
