Number of the Elektrobit Corporation's (EB) shares has increased through share subscriptions pursuant to series 2008A-B stock options
A total of 508,697 new shares in Elektrobit Corporation (EB) were subscribed for between December 5, 2013 and January 28, 2014, pursuant to series 2008A-B stock options. The share subscription price, EUR 150,354.85 has been recorded in the Company's invested non-restricted equity fund.
The corresponding increase in the number of the Company's shares has been entered into the Finnish Trade Register on February 10, 2014. Shareholder rights by virtue of the new shares commence as of the abovementioned registration entry date. Trading with the newly registered shares will start on February 11, 2014 as an additional lot of Elektrobit Corporation's shares in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. After the registration of the new shares, the number of shares in Elektrobit Corporation's totals to 130,609,572.
Listing time schedule in 2014 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008A-C stock options will be as follows:
Shares subscribed for by March 31, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2014
Shares subscribed for by June 9, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or around June 25, 2014
Shares subscribed for by August 18, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or around September 2, 2014
Shares subscribed for by October 15, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or around October 30, 2014
Shares subscribed for by December 1, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or around December 16, 2014.
The share subscription period for stock options 2008A will end on March 31, 2014 and the share subscription period for stock options 2008B will end on March 31, 2015. The share subscription period for series 2008C stock options will commence on April 1, 2014 and will end on March 31, 2016. Trading with series 2008A stock options in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd will end on March 24, 2014.
