The number of the Bittium Corporation's shares has increased through share subscriptions pursuant to series 2008C stock options
A total of 277,005 new shares in Bittium Corporation (EB) were subscribed for between June 26, 2015 and August 17, 2015, pursuant to series 2008C stock options. The share subscription price, EUR 152,352.75 has been recorded in the Company's invested non-restricted equity fund.
The corresponding increase in the number of the Company's shares has been entered into the Finnish Trade Register on September 1, 2015. Shareholder rights by virtue of the new shares commence as of the abovementioned registration entry date. Trading with the newly registered shares will start on September 2, 2015 as an additional lot of Bittium Corporation's shares in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. After the registration of the new shares, the number of shares in Bittium Corporation's totals to 132,818,030.
Listing time schedule in 2015 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008C stock options is as follows:

Shares subscribed by October 14, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around October 29, 2015

Shares subscribed by November 30, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around December 15, 2015
